This is a small-group workshop the number of participants is limited to 15 participants are expected to attend all three sessions. Quirkos - An easy to use, simplified tool. They will become familiar with import/export functions, annotation functions. In this project-based workshop series, participants will learn how to use MAXQDA as a tool for organizing and analyzing qualitative data. You should plan to attend all the sessions. A free 30-day trial of MAXQDA is available (). This workshop has sessions on multiple days. Participants are required to bring their own laptops with MAXQDA (either MAC or WINDOWS versions) installed and running (trial version or registered version). Furthermore, I have been invited by one key university to deliver training on MAXQDA and Im running my own channels on YouTube and Bilibili on MAXQDA training. No previous experience with MAXQDA is necessary. The Professional MAXQDA Trainer Program is designed for experienced MAXQDA users who have mastered at least basic functions of MAXQDA and enjoy teaching others how to use MAXQDA in their projects. I have used MAXQDA for one research project (PhD dissertation in Education, not published yet) and conducted a series of training for students in my college. The user guides will also be made accessible to other users via the QDA Tools Website at the School of Education?s MERIT library at the end of the semester. The guides will focus on the methods & data used by the participants thus, the users will be able to learn the use of the functions that are most relevant to their research.
